Dear Members,
We would like to inform you that due to an overwhelming demand for loans in the recent period, there will be a temporary adjustment in the disbursement of loans for Special Long Term Loan and Long Term Loan.
We understand that many of our members have been seeking larger loan amounts, and while we strive to meet these requests, the current demand has caused a delay in processing and disbursement.
As a result, from 10.04.2025, Term Loan (Rs. 6,00,000) and Long Term Loan (Rs. 3,60,000) will be temporarily restricted and no loan forms would be accepted for these loans.
We appreciate your understanding and patience during this time. Rest assured, we are working diligently to resume normal disbursement procedures and will notify you as soon as the restrictions are lifted.

It has been deceided that form 01.04.2025, the tenure of Emergency loan will be 21 months ( in place of 15 months)

It has been deceided that interest rate on lending will be slashed to 6% from 7.2% and interest on deposit will be 4% w.e.f. 01.04.2025.

As per the approval at AGM, The proposal of dividend for the FY 2022-23 @ 12% was accepted by the members. Accordingly the dividend amount has been sent to the members through NEFT.
The NEFT Charges will be paid by the Society.
Gift for the FY 2022-23 ( Amazon e-gift vouchers of Rs 1000/- ) will be sent to the eligible members through SMS using BSNL DLT ( BL-JETCCS).

It has been decided that AGM will be held on 21.02.2024 at TI Hall, CTO building at 5 PM.

It has been decided to change the loan policy as under:
A locking period will be introduced for each type of loan. During the locking period a loan cannot be prepaid.
For Emergency / Short term Loan: Locking period is 3 months
For Mid term/ Intermediate loan: Locking period is 6 months.
For Long term & Spl Long Term Loan: Locking period is 1 year.
It is also decided that for exceptional cases like Voluntary resignation/ Resignation/ Transfer to other Circles without jurisdiction of JETCCS/ long term training on promotion/ sudden demise etc. the above condition may be relaxed on discretion of Board of Directors.
After expiry of locking period, a loan can be prepaid. There will be NO PENALTY for pre closure ( full / partial) of loan after locking period. This will be effective from 01-10-2023.

As approved in the AGM, dividend @ 6% will be disbursed through NEFT to the account of members. All the applicable banking charge will borne by the society.
It has been decided that ‘Amazon Pay physical gift voucher’ of Rs.500/- will be given to the members as gift.
