Members are requested to verify their registered bank account in order to ensure that the divided amount (for FY 24–25) is distributed to eligible members via bank transfer. You can find the same under "Quick Links" under "Members Enquiry." Any member who wants to change their account must email to the JE(T)CCS office by February 21st, 2026 along with supporting documents ( Scanned copy of check, passbook, online banking page etc.)

January 12, 2026:

41th AGM of JE(T)CCS Ltd has been conducted successfully on 09.01.2026. 317 members attended the meeting. Several points have been discussed in the said meeting. As per the Approval of the house of the AGM, following decisions have been taken:

1.Dividend for the FY 2024-25 will be @ 10%. It will be disbursed to the bank A/c of the eligible members. The process will be completed within 31st March, 2026.
2. Gift for the FY 2024-25 is Amazon pay e-gift vouchers of denomination of Rs. 900/-. The same has been sent to the eligible members through SMS (SMS Header : BL-JETCCS). The process will be completed within 31st March, 2026.
3. Resumption of Special Long Term Loan (Rs. 6,00,000/-) will start from 1st April, 2026.
4. There will be no change in the rate of interest and Thrift fund contribution amount.

Deember 12, 2025:

The 41st Annual General Meeting of the Society will be held on 09.01.2026 (Friday) as per the decision taken in the meeting of the Managing Committee held on 15.12.2025. All the members are cordially invited to attend the said Annual General Meeting scheduled on 09.01.2026 (Friday) at 17.00 hrs,at T. I. Hall, C.T.O. Building (3 rd Floor), 8, Red Cross Place, Kolkata-700 001.

Long Term Loan ( Rs.3,60,000/-) will be resumed form 01.01.2026. The resumption of Spl Long Term Loan ( Rs.6,00,000/-) will be notified later on.

Dear Members,

We would like to inform you that due to an overwhelming demand for loans in the recent period, there will be a temporary adjustment in the disbursement of loans for Special Long Term Loan and Long Term Loan. We understand that many of our members have been seeking larger loan amounts, and while we strive to meet these requests, the current demand has caused a delay in processing and disbursement. As a result, from 10.04.2025, Term Loan (Rs. 6,00,000) and Long Term Loan (Rs. 3,60,000) will be temporarily restricted and no loan forms would be accepted for these loans.

We appreciate your understanding and patience during this time. Rest assured, we are working diligently to resume normal disbursement procedures and will notify you as soon as the restrictions are lifted. BoD, JETCCS
